Creating a Virtual Exhibit

Virtual Showroom is designed to be similar in structure to the Exhibits catalog of PastPerfect. Yous will create your new virtual exhibit and make full in its information. The new exhibit tape will be displayed on the screen. Click the Additional Showroom Information button under Screen View to begin entering information for the exhibit.

Enter a championship for the exhibit in the Exhibit Title field. This title will brandish on the website on the List of Exhibits page and at the top of every page for this exhibit. In the Full Description field, enter a description of the showroom. The description should explicate to visitors the showroom's purpose and entice them to view it. The description will display on the List of Exhibits page on the website, and on the start folio of the exhibit itself.

To modify the club for one record at a time, enter the society number for the tape in the number field. If you would like to put the records in Object ID order, click the Order by Object ID button. You can include additional images on this page by selecting catalog records' showtime images. Removing Catalog Records from the Exhibit

You may decide that you want to remove certain records from your Virtual Showroom. To exercise this, click the View Catalog Record Detail button in the Sidebar. Once you have found the record, click the Remove this Itemize Record from the Showroom button in the Sidebar. You will exist asked if you are sure you want to remove the record.
